My recent visit to Goode House B and B
Every thing went very well. Cheryl and Ken are great hosts. We were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property. Ken is a veteran so we had a lot in common to talk about. Would definitely stay there again.

New Years 2020 Getaway
Beautiful bed and breakfast with great hospitality and very clean. Hosts were wonderful and informative of the history of the Good House and Natchitoches. We stayed in the Bayou room and it was amazing! Highly recommend the Good House!

Everything about "The Good House" was charming and inviting. The decor and space was first class from the fabulous breakfasts to the comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Our hosts were friendly, outgoing, and helpful at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Very nice stay at this comfortable, clean Good House. The owners were attentive to our needs, and the room was large with a modern bath that was super clean. Our breakfast was delicious with yogurt parfait, blueberry pancakes, a delicious omelet, bacon, fruit, juice and coffee. I think you will enjoy your stay in Natchitoches here.

Good but not a bed and breakfast
Great place to stay, very clean, good location but is not a bed and breakfast. You have to go to a restaurant for breakfast and there’s no one on property besides house guests.

Lovely home
The Good House is immaculately kept and furnished very nicely. There are some things you need to know before renting. The stairs are quite steep and the bed,at least in our room, is very high I am 5'6"and it was a challenge. A little foot stool would be nice. Check I was easy since the keys are in a lock box outside. One morning we were offered a voucher for breakfast downtown and one morning breakfast was brought in for us. It was delicious! There are baskets of snacks available. It is within walking distance to the downtown area. There is no staff on site so your experience here will
Have a lot to do with fellow guests.

We stayed for 1 night after camping at Hodges garden. We had a warm, comfortable stay.

Soooo Comfortable!
Our stay at the Good House was excellent! It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. I personally loved the bathroom (thick towels!) and my husband got the best night's sleep he has had in a long time. Thank you, Nancy, for your wonderful hospitality and delicious pralines!

Bed & no-Breakfast
We love to stay at B&B's because we can go out to the breakfast area and get a danish and coffee, and go back to our room, and have a leisurely morning. The owner of this one, called us the day before we arrived and told us that she and her husband were going to a football game, and wouldn't be back home until around 2:00 AM, so she was sending us to a local restaurant for breakfast. So we go to this restaurant and tell them that we a re at the Good House, and we understood that our breakfasts were taken care of by the Innkeepers. We were surprised when we got our ticket and there was a balance due...seems that they gave us a $7.50 "credit" towards our breakfasts and the balance as ours to pay. I think we should have received a credit of something on our stay, since breakfast wasn't part of our Bed & Breakfast stay. There are 4 rooms here, and all 4 couples were "surprised" by this arrangement for breakfasts. Especially considering the innkeepers were in the Inn, just too tired to get up and cook breakfast. (this was the innkeepers exact words to us).
