"First I took the high end 2 bedrooms suite. There was a weird smell like insecticides in the suite. The bedding and pillows were not clean with what appears to be a head hair and also pubic hair plus stains on the bedding. I called front desk and they sent house keeping to redo the room. I reexamined the room and there was still hairs in the beds and pillows. I had to checkout earlier and the manager did not come to talk to me in the morning before I left at 11 AM. Definitely huge decline from 2...

"Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "

"Room was very clean and liked having the full kitchen in the unit. Pool needed a cleaning the day we were there and garage needs more lighting but everything else was wonderful."

"I loved staying here. The rooms were so clean and nice, I loved the lobby decor and that clover four section hot tub was my favorite perk. Got in late so they put my keys in a lockbox for me, made it super easy. Very good communication and customer service. Highly recommend."

"The room was amazing! Perfect getaway. The brunch was amazing. The only thing that was negative was the fireplace in the bedroom did not light and parking is expensive. No option to self park."
