"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"The staff and accommodations at the Osprey Hotel were exceptional. Staff members at front desk, buffet, coffee shop, Bar, Spa and Leisure Center were attentive and helpful. Location being close to town for walking and close proximity to public transportation made this hotel a prime choice for me. "

"The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty, clean room and great amenity. The only two issues I had was this constant stench in my bathroom room 630 . I think may be a plumbing issue . Also is it possible for the hotel to change to disposable toilet brushes instead of the regular toilet brushes? Above all I will say the hotel is ok for proximity to all places especially if you don't have a car."

"The property itself was lovely, well maintained and in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. However, the self-service check-in was quite disappointing. We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. After some time, a cleaner kindly stepped in to help, although it was clear this was outside her usual responsibilities, and the language barrier made things a bit challenging for both sides.
