The hotel is in a garden area and very pretty. It’s not a 5 star resort but that’s not what I was looking for. It a little piece of paradise. Things aren’t perfect, but neither is life! "The room was nice but no fridge or hair dryer, but we got an iron on request. There was no safe in the room as advertised. The hotel was nice but everything there was incredibly overpriced, it felt very money grabbing as they wanted to charge you for literally everything. The issue is that it is so far away from anything else, it is a taxi ride into town - when we asked for a price from the staff we were told that if we book ourselves it will be 1,500 rupee, but if they booked for us they would need to add a further 800/1,000. Again, unnecessary overcharging. We were told they did a full à la cart menu but only offered a buffet which again was over priced. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, it was a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. If you’re looking for a budget hotel only for safari, then it’s perfectly fine, but be prepare for the additional charges. "

"This hotel/resort is stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it is amazing. The room are large and well equipped/presented. It exceeded our expectations. One advice don’t have the evening buffet. The al la carte is far superior and cheaper. "

"Clean, staff attentive and polite, food was good but limited, amenities great but get rid of that huge lock for the door and update to a modern lock. It’s cute but too cumbersome. Wifi was limited and phone reception terrible. Unfortunately as a foreigner the safari’s were expensive for what you get."

"Nice cosy property. there are about 8-10 villas, each is either a family or luxury. There is a small pool - closed of course during winters. All vegetables are grown by themselves - completely organic. There was a rajasthani folk music performance in the evening. the staff is extremely helpful - even gave us blankets for the morning safari."

"Khem Villas is an absolute treasure. It's a beautiful oasis to soak in the history, culture, and of course tigers of Ranthambore, and take safari trips into the jungle. The property was remarkable, the room was clean and inviting, the food menu was consistently delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond with their kindness and personal touch. It is a truly one of a kind place and I can't recommend staying here enough."
