"I've stayed here before, so I was very disappointed that I was treated so badly this time. I was put in a room where nothing worked. All of the batteries in the remote controls were dead. I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. "I chose this hotel basically for three reasons: 1) price, 2) location, and 3) quality of room. Unfortunately, either the hotel or Expedia has so grossly misrepresented its location that if I knew where it was located, I would not have booked it.
