"The stairs up to the rooms were very steep for older guests. I did worry about the car park over night so far away. However room was big clean and beautifully appointed. We would stay there again. Food in the restaurant was excellent."

"The room was super uncomfortable, it stinks and it needs a deep clean. Carpet shampoo, mattress cleaned, curtains too. Also the shower is leaking 24/7. There may even be bed bugs because I felt something biting me on my back in the middle of the night. I am writing review to tell people about my experience plus your no refund policy because that’s also really bad for business."

"Don’t stay here if you’re planning to cook your own food. The kitchen had no utensils to cook with at all, no pots or pans, or anything of the sort. Why stay in an apartment that you can’t cook your own food in? It’s pointless."

"The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast...
