"The hotel room was swarming with giant fruit flies. They were sticking to the ceiling and swarming all over the place. We called the Front Desk clerk, and he immediately switched us to another room which also had swarms of fruit flies. He was very nice and apologized. He did move us to another room on the opposite side that only had a few flies. We killed several of them as soon as we went in, but we were so tired that We decided to call it a day. The room was not super clean. It had a very funky smell to it. The remote was sticky and I had to go get bacterial wipes from the car to wipe it down. Then the TV didn’t work. Again, the Front Desk clerk was nice and came right over and replaced the batteries in the remote - so he did try. I’m sure he did the best he could, but I feel like a discount should’ve been offered. We had three bad experiences in a row within 20 minutes. I didn’t ask for a discount. I am being honest. I would never stay there again."

"Lovely historic hotel with a great location and all the amenities. Walking distances to so many restaurants, shops, the Shakespeare Theatre, and other attractions. Breakfast bar was delicious and had so many choices. Only downside was it was short staffed and there was a wait for a table. "

"Breakfast bagels in the fuel on the go bags were hard as a brick. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Parking was fine no issues. The shower was great no issues with pressure or the water getting cold. My biggest suggestion would be to have a heated indoor pool. It’s nice having an indoor pool but it suck if it feels like an outdoor pool. "
