"We booked a suite on the 4th floor and unfortunately there was a large bug/gnat infestation in the bedroom, we had to downgrade to a smaller room in the middle of the night. The hotel was remodeled and clean, just unfortunate they have a gnat issue going on right now. The management did work with me on removing most of the charges during my stay, which I appreciated."

So many extra touches that make this hotel wonderful. Location is perfect- across the street from montage resort and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"All in all we had a great experience except did not use the pool or gym. Breakfast was made fresh daily and that’s a +++ in my husband’s book. Coffee was delicious, fresh and hot! Dining room was clean! Staff friendly! Enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we come back to San Clemente. Thank you."
