"On site staff is very friendly but "

"Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel."

"Such an amazing experience I will definitely be back one day and I would not stay anywhere else the staff were like family my children loved the activities the food was amazing and the vibes were breathtaking. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"I’m surprised the Wyndham brand is allowing this property to be used under their name. 1, check in. Even though you have already booked they shove a iPad at you and make you renter all the details you’ve already given them. 2, one very slow lift in the property. Also used by staff. It’s a long wait. 3, simple stuff baffles the staff (or they don’t care). Just wanted some of the creamer for coffee in the room (no milk), got directed to talk to 4 different staff. Reception really didn’t seem to want to help. 4, Made to wait at check out while they check the room to check nothing stolen. All this for the high high price of over $300nzd per night. It would be cheap and nasty, but it’s expensive. I travel to Fiji about once a month, so I think I know a bit about the place and what’s reasonable. This isn’t."

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

"Stayed in a garden suite, nice size room for family of 4 (kids 7&9). They loved the pools, beach, and many activities at kids club. All staff were friendly and caring. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very nice. It would have been nice to know what wasn't included in the "all inclusive package" before ordering something and having to pay for it. There could have been more ala carte restaurants."
