The property is literally a 3-4 minute walk off the ferry walkable to all the main port shops and restaurants and to car rental agencies if you want to explore further and 3-4 minute walk to the bus station for buses to the beach and 5 minute walk to base of portera. If you have never been to Naxos and want somewhere easy to get your bearings this is the most convenient place

We had a wonderful stay at Castellino Rooms in Naxos. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, within easy walking distance of the port, restaurants, shops, and main attractions. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. A special mention goes to Eddy, the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He provided excellent local recommendations and valuable insights on restaurants, sightseeing, and places worth visiting. Communication with him was outstanding—always prompt, clear, and helpful. My only small suggestion would be to trim the tree in front of the balcony, if possible, as this would allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful view of the port. I'm assuming the tree doesn't belong to Eddy, so it's not really his fault, but it would be a lovely improvement to an already excellent apartment. Overall, a fantastic experience! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Castellino Rooms to anyone visiting Naxos!

Both Eddie and Karmen were very nice, extremely accommodating and communicative responses and eager to fix any issues and make us feel at ease. They gave us a ton of local recommendations. The place had a cycladic feel and it was very well located in the centre of Chora. Despite the downtown location, we did not have any issues with noise. Walkable to the Portara and very close to the Port. They let us leave the luggage with them since our ferry was delayed.
