Amazing experience, we have never come across such a lovely and friendly team, we have connected on personal level, everyone from the receptionist waitress to the head chef were very friendly, chatty and truly interested to make our experience very special. This hotel is a gem no one would expect to find after driving off road in a middle of nowhere.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Balkon hatte einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Pool schön zum schwimmen und tolle Liegen am Pool. Wir fanden es auch toll, dass sogar am Strand Liegen und Sonnenschirm kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Und hat’s sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit direktem Pool Zugang. Vier Einheiten teilen sich den separaten Pool, der Pool war also nie zu voll. Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers war sehr gut und jegliche Anmerkungen bzw. Bitten wurden von der Rezeption schnell umgesetzt. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst, griechischen Optionen und frisch gepressten Säften. Hervorragendes Essen im Hotelrestaurant mit griechischer Küche und internationalen Gerichten.

Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Der var et godt udvalg til morgenmaden og vi havde den skønneste udsigt fra vores værelse. Alt var rent og pænt og det fungerede rigtig godt med to etager med vores teenagere.

If I could give this a 6/5 I would! We loved absolutely everything about the key! The staff were incredible, the resort was amazing, the amenities were to die for! We loved our personal jacuzzi, outdoor seating on our own balcony, pool seats, wonderful complimentary breakfast, fitness centre(much needed after Europe travelling), exceptional coffee during breakfast. It was just honestly so nice! We had to leave early before the breakfast was opened and they prepared it early for us and gave us breakfast boxes to go. This is a must go to place in Naxos!

The whole experience was excellent. The room was wonderful, the service was impeccable and the ambience of the whole hotel was lovely. Afternoon happy hour on aperol spritz would have been perfect (sort of a joke).

Nettes relativ neues Hotel aber Preis/Leistung eher schlecht. Premiumzimmer sind die schlechteste Kategorie. Was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, es gibt 2 rollstuhlgerechte Premiumzimmer bei denen die Ausstattung (besonders in den Bädern) stark von den Bildern abweicht.

The Key is a wonderful home away from home hotel. We had a lovely stay, our room was a duplex suite with private pool and sea view. Such a peaceful location, 25 minutes from the port a 10 minute walk to the beach and some nearby shops and restaurants. The staff are all super helpful, a big thank you to the front desk team for helping us to arrange transfers to and from the port and helping to arrange car hire. Very attentive team in the restaurant, the food in the restaurant is fantastic, we had dinner several nights in the hotel. I cannot remember the name of our waitress but she was attentive and kind and by the end of the week the breakfast barista even remembered my coffee order. Although there are amenities within walking distance of the hotel I would recommend hiring a car when in Naxos as there are lots of things to see and do. A highlight was a drive to the mountain towns. I would stay at The Key again, we had such a restful stay, it’s just what we needed.

Beautiful brand new property. You can tell they spared no expense on design. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, overall beautiful property. Breakfast was excellent, many options Cons: beach is a bit of a walk along a dirt road, beach chairs are quite far from the water. Not enough mirrors in the room. Only one small mirror in the bathroom over the sink

The hotel is very beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, the hospitality was quite disappointing. From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. Housekeeping was also below standard—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the linens weren’t changed every two days as stated in their policy. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing unhappy and not even offering a simple “hello” or “good morning.” There’s a strange, tense atmosphere that’s hard to ignore. It’s a pity, because the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. However, the staff all seemed stressed or sad, which took away from the overall experience.
