"Reception staff very helpful and polite. Room, bedsheets and other linen very clean. Air conditioner outside unit on the balcony made a constant noticeable noise. A water works failure one day meant the hotel staff cut our water supply while they were repairing, which took them a couple of hours. Then on day we were departing the electricity supply was cut off for entire morning, which was not a hotel issue but the local area."

"Close to airport"

"I liked how well received at check in. Polite, courteous. Answering questions. Breakfast had a large variety and array of dishes. Some entries were changed daily to give a variety. ie eggs, potatoes esp. The view of restaurant rooftop of the Parthenon was stunning. Great way to start the day having breakfast with this awesome view. The room was very tidy. Comfortable bed. Large screen TV on wall at foot of bed. Cozy for watching TV in bed. Modern bathroom. Amenities included safe, iron and...

"Great view of the Acropolis from our suite! Breakfast up top was amazing"

"Early check in was great! Thank you Penelope! The views are spectacular. There’s a great couple of restaurants nearby in a market nearby.. breakfast was a high selection and they even opened up a few minutes early because we had to get to the airport so thank you very much to the staff. Much appreciated a few things to nitpick. There was no slippers in the room no robes no coffee the outdoor pool was closed and in order to use the indoor pool and hot tub there was an extra charge. The outside...

"The rooms were clean though a bit small and out dated vs other 5 star stays"
