The front desk woman staff often came across as dismissive and didn’t seem to fully listen to guests during conversations. We observed this not only during our own interactions but also while sitting in the lobby and watching them engage with other customers. The rooms also had some issues. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room).
