"Next to a truck stop very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Worst breakfast out of all our hotels on our Texas tour trip"

"Not family friendly! Could not accommodate our family. It was too small. It was severely dirty! Mold on wall, trash and floors. Cockroaches and spiders were coming and going all day and night. Fridge was dirty inside. There was dirty tissue on the side of the bed, as well as, wedged behind the headboard, against the wall. Bathroom mirror was broken. Rust was present on the shower bar, that when we closed the curtain it went onto our hands. Definitely couldn't hang our old towels to dry on it,...

"The shower was so small I couldn’t even turn around in it. The “continental breakfast” was beyond lackluster. They didn’t even have any fruit!"

"The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t."

"My first night I got an Expedia email to review my room-so I wrote an honest review and have pictures to back it up. Apparently the DM and mgr didn’t like it so the following day they called telling me they wanted me out. I was paid for the entire stay but they kept insisting I go. I didn’t have the money, which I told the mgr several times. I was paid in full which I said several times. The DM refused to meet with me and the mgr hung up on me so I called Wyndham customer service for help...

"The hotel is our favorite place in Galveston because it is clean, offers a decent breakfast, and all rooms have balconies facing the Gulf. Yes, the rooms do not have a coffee machine, but the coffee machine in the reception brews very good coffee."

"Upon arrival the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Overall the property and the room was clean but it definitely is an older property with signs of it being an older property. "As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel."

"The property looks good the pool is smaller than what the Picture Show there was no breakfast buffet there was only coffee and mini muffins and a package like from Walmart and we got to the room and there was only one towel and one wash rag we had a room for two beds two adults two kids when we ask for more towels they told us that there was only one Tower per room allowed so for three nights we had to use that towel we had to go buy more towels because they never once came in our room to clean...

"The property pictures show ocean views yet I was told that the King rooms do not have ocean views after I booked 3 nights with a balcony. Jen I walked into a room that looked like someone was still in it. The bed was not made, trash and towels dirty on the floor. I was then placed in an ADA room with a view of the condos next door and street light that shined directly into my room. There was no hot water, I took lukewarm showers. The room floor felt dirty and I found trash from the last occupant...
