"The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard bread products and cereal, coffee and juice, the air conditioning was great. My only issue with this property is that it is too expensive for the lack of amenities."

Never could get it below 77 degrees in our room, if we wouldn't have brought our own fan and set it right in front of the ac unit all night it would have been unbearable honestly because there are no ceiling fans or even vents in the bathrooms to move any air."

"The hotel was very hard to navigate at night because there were hardly any good lighting outside. Since we arrived after dark, it was hard to see where to park and get into the hotel. Plus, when we got to the hotel, the discount for AARP which we had hoped to get after reserving the room, was not applied to our charge for the room because the hotel staff said it had to be done when we made the reservations that were made thru you folks and we did NOT have the opportunity to use the discount at...

"It is understandable that the place appears run down the building has been around since the first Bush administration. with that said, I think the staff has done a great job with the canvas they have been given to paint on. they were very helpful. the room itself had a funky smell to it immediately that I never got used to and the shades are old and do not block out the sun early in the morning from an eastern facing room."

"I am disabled and I booked an accessible room. The room was great. My issues were the bed being too low and very difficult to get up and down. The shower water pressure was mild as well as the floor being slippery for.a disabled person. I had 2 close calls of slipping and falling. More texture on the floor would be a great improvement a no slip mat would be a great assistance as well. A towel is not sufficient to keep from falling. The stay was great. Very quiet and clean. "The hotel restaurant was great. Food and drink was excellent. I loved the atrium and the pool area. Only problem was the loud rude group of men in the jacuzzi. Room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to families."
