"This room was incredibly unique. It featured two queen-size beds stacked on top of each other, more akin to a boat stateroom than a hotel room. It was a bit of a shock to see everything so compact, but surprisingly, everything was comfortable, quiet, and dark. The area outside the property was also amazing, located right in the heart of Bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. "

"Excellent stay. Great staff, very helpful, polite and really couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was in a great location. Superb views, very clean and well presented throughout. The spa and treatment rooms were again exceptional. Breakfast was a continental style. Again, no food issues. Note: you do have to pay extra for an English breakfast etc….. Overall great value for money and would recommend. I’m sure we will return."

"The room was lively and comfortable, lots of space. The location was very central and handy for the train station. I was lucky enough to have a balcony off my room but didn’t dare bring food outside for fear of the seagulls swooping down. Even out there with a cup of tea they stopped by. Not sure what can be done about managing their presence and what they leave behind on the windows and decking."
