"My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. "Great guest house. The room and environment is clean. You do have to keep a close look for the signage. The way in is enough for a car and there is open parking area by the garden next to the owner house. So it is safe. The room clean. Air conditioned. During the time I stayed there was no mosquitos. Wifi is decent though it will phase out or disconnected at times. Phone signal is hard here. Bathroom is semi outdoor and clean. There is only soap, so bring your toiletries. Breakfast is...
