"Excellent property, peaceful, lovely pool, fantastic staff. Well maintained, clean, comfortable rooms and lovely grounds. Such a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Recommend the ocean front rooms. Can’t wait to return. "
"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel property is nice but the room is a bit dated. We noted there stains on the side tables and in the sink when we checked-in. However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

"The property had very nice grounds with a lovely pool looking out over the water. The superior garden room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beach was not good for swimming but it was otherwise a very pleasant property."
"Staff were wonderful and the location was amazing for a surfer or couple of group with some non surfers - not too much else around so bring a good book but lovely hotel staff and location loved our stay thank you "
"Beautiful resort right on the beach with gorgeous gardens. We stayed in a duplex villa which had a stunning Balinese bedroom and bathroom with pitched wooden ceiling. The food was delicious with many options including lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. One highlight was eating in the tepanyaki restaurant at the chefs table and watching our food being cooked. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Pool area and spa also fantastic. I can’t fault this amazing hotel! "

"My stay at Kelapa was lovely. Staff is the sweetest, service is excellent, the resort in general is beautiful and well maintained. It is quite far from everything (3 hour drive from the airport, or to Ubud), but I was looking for a secluded and quiet and peaceful place, so it was just perfect. If you are looking for action and shopping, it is not the place. But the resort offers some nice options for excursions, which were great. The beach is nice, although difficult to swim in the ocean because the waves are quite strong, but I didn’t mind it. I had a garden pool villa, and loved my room. The pool was immense and well maintained, and although the room in general could use some refreshing, it was beautiful and very comfortable. The little attentions from the staff, such as the cookies every night, are much appreciated. I would definitely come back to Kelapa if I ever have the chance to travel to Bali again. "
"What can I say this is my second stay here and each time the place is amazing from the villa to pool to the surrounding area just amazing and well thought out. The Euro Restaurant was ok but the Indonesian Restauant overlooking sunset was out of this world. Service was excellent. Reception was interesting asking for same docs again even though were repeat guests and have already given our documents weird. Welcome drink needs an upgrade lol"

"Wonderful location. Peaceful and beautiful grounds. Restaurant delicious with a spectacular view. All staff were so kind and helpful. We loved the many pools, hot and cool. Snorkeling trip was fantastic too!
It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated our room beautifully and gave us a delicious cake. Really went above and beyond with kindness!"
"Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants.
Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants!
Definitely recommend! "
