"Easy to find and was able to get an earlier check in. Hotel looked nice from the outside and the foyer was nice but the hotel rooms were very dated and the carpets had stains on them. A bit disappointing overall"

"Traveling for 10 hours. When I arrived, was told the car park was full. Mentioned was a guess, got a rude, condescending reply - park on the road for pay for parking elsewhere. I had three bags with me and was exhausted. There was nothing in the booking that said I had to book parking, and no spots allocated to paying guests. There are so many other options to stay in Wollongong, so wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days."
