"I really dissapoonted with the hotel service. Many times i ask to open my door room because key was not working. Breakfast dirty, too many flies and brownie was moldy and not fresh. No soap provide after 1 day. I stay here 1week, but no correction. Elevator not working, no repair/maintenance. 1 week up and down by stair 👎 I really not recommended to stay here"

"Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G).
