"Great location, staff were very nice& helpful. Rooms were nice. The place may need a renovation soon but overall it was ok! My only complaint would be the food, I have been to many AI & not as much variety, very limited & not much flavour , the Ackee restaurant is Jamaican food but it's def not! Overall a 3.5 out of 5."

"My trip was ok.. We booked the swim out room and it was really nice. The hotel lost power in the night and we couldn’t get food at the restaurant we reserved, however, the food at the buffet was good and the variety wasn’t bad at all.. The entertainment staff did great!!! The vibes was really nice, it was raining and they brought the entertainment at a covered outdoor bar and it was really good"

"Personally I didn’t like those spiral stairs for an elderly lady I found those medals stairs an accident waiting to happen.i was extremely careful with them and couldn’t wait to move to a less dangerous accommodation. I voiced my concerns yet the staff didn’t take notice even with the walking cane .. so I just managed. Other than that I was fine with the accommodations"
