"Friendly staff and great location "

"Room is old, no hot water, no hair dryer. No phone in room. Too many stairs. View is not bad but very inconvenient, had to climb up and down for swimming pool and canteen. No one to call when check out, we had to climb up to ask the receptionist to 'zipline' our luggages up. Big suitcases will have issues I guess..."

"私たちの宿泊した部屋は恐らくこの施設が提供する商品の中でもエコノミーな部屋だと考えられます。洗面もトイレも風呂もなく、それは共同の場所を指定されました。 部屋にあったのはベッドと充電式のランタン、歯磨きセット、水を飲むためのコップ、暖かい飲み物のためのカップ、そして部屋を案内してくれた際にスタップが持ってきてくれた大きな水筒。それが主な設備でした。 しかし大きな不便はなく、前述したトイレやシャワー室へはどの部屋より近くに位置していました。誰かが使っていて待つこともほぼ無かった。 朝食メニューは良かったです。 フィリピーノ料理も欧米のブレックファーストも楽しめます。毎回果物がつくのが嬉しかった。 朝食会場は水平線が見えて、また朝食の時間は穏やかで暖かい風が吹いていて豊かな空間を演出してくれています。 ひとつだけ。その部屋のエアコンからいつもカビのにおいが吹き出されていたこと。これだけは毎回部屋に入るたびに感じた。すぐに慣れるのだが、本当に健康面の不安がないのかは考えさせられた。"

"I loved this resort. This was paradise I can only have ever dreamed of and spending my birthday here was very relaxing and peaceful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, loved hearing “Morning Sir” everyday. The beach was just as beautiful as the pictures show however the jellyfish fish signs should be relocated so they are not hidden by tree branches. Food at the Bamboo Kitchen was delicious and the shuttle driver was great at helping us with directions and alternative transportation "

"The room was beautiful with a stunning view from the bed with a huge bay window. Wifi was good, bed was comfortable, restaurant had great food. Staff was friendly. I wish there was a mini fridge. Cleanliness couuld have been better. There was spots on the stainless and mirrors. The windows on the breakfast room were very spotty, ruining awesome view. Imsure its hard to keep perfect with salt water waves but wiping them more often would help maybe. I really loved that you can use your card...

"Room was ok, bunch of hair in the bed, breakfast was a joke, we ordered it once and never use it again. Front of the property is a mud field in bad condition. Stuff were friendly and helpfull. "
