"The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off. No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. "We have snorkeled in many different countries and were initially disappointed with the snorkeling in the Philippines (at two other locations) but found it to be great right out in front of the resort. Our daughter was diving and she found it excellent also. Our niece took her PADI certification there and enjoyed it as it was one-on-one instruction. The bar staff were great but the restaurant service was unimpressive with patrons having to ask for a 2nd cup of coffee. The breakfast buffet...

"I think the property in a whole was just as described. I think it is very possible that the property is owned and or operated by devil worshipping people. Satanic music at night with very creepy lights. A big demon above the bar. Sign out front say sigbin house. A guy there asked a girl if she could use her nail a scratch his neck in order to draw blood. We had to lock our door. Super creepy"
