"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"

"It was "fine". That is, the bed didn't break, the door locked, and things were reasonably clean. Beyond that, I don't have much positive to say. There was mold in the bathroom, daylight shone through the reveal around the door, the TV turned on but was stuck on a color-swapped Fox News, and they tried to save pieces of flooring during renovation (estimated at 40 years ago) by spacing out the flooring so much that you think you're walking in a cattle guard. Just be aware that you get what you pay...

"We have had good experiences at this location. Never an issue. Would stay here again. We brought our dog a couple years ago and it was good. This time, it was just us and we had the jacuzzi room. It was wonderful"

"The property is clean and well maintained. One suggestion is to put coffee makers in the rooms. It would be nice for us early morning coffee drinkers to have that option since the lobby doesn’t open until 8AM where there is a machine."

"Not a great experience overall. The view was nice. The bed was not. The WIFI was down the entire time we were there and there is little to no cell service in the area. The room is ok if you're desperate to put your head down for the night as a last resort. Not worth the money at all....not even a little bit."

"Room was clean. Bed was soft. Air conditioning was minimal. TV lacked instructions or channel guide. Nothing to tell you what the WiFi password was. Front desk gave me password but wasn’t certain it was correct. After trying 4 or 5 different combinations of letters and number I chanced upon the correct password. But once I got signed in the system functioned without interruption. There are a number of restaurants within a three block walk so motel is conveniently located. If you going to...

"The “assessable” accommodations were not what we needed. Staff made verbal arrangements to change to a better room the next day but when we ask the morning staff they said they could not do anything. We ended up without a room at all and had to scramble to find an assessable new hotel for the night in a bust tourist community. Limited options made the change difficult and we were lucky to find a room at all."

"The rooms need some renovation and the parking lot was a bit rough. Not a lot of options in the area so for a quick one night stop over it was fine."

"Beach view from the private patio and room window was stunning. I was able to hear the ocean all night long. Access to the sand was very easy."

"Beautiful views, steps from sand! The loveseat in our unit was disgusting, very old, full of crumbs. No chairs on the balcony, just a wooden bench Very steep steps made it very hard for my friend with limited mobility to climb."

"Only stayed a couple of days this visit to Seaside but when I return will definitely check back in to the Ebb Tide as everything was as expected. The check-in was smooth and efficient; the room was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was firm and comfortable with plenty of soft pillows for a pleasant sleep with everything quiet outside. The view was nice although the window could have used a little windex for a clearer picture otherwise I'd highly recommend this place!"

"Perfect suite for our family of 4. Beautiful views of the ocean, Haystack Rock, and easy access to the beach. This is our second time staying here, and will be back again in the future."

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."
