"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. "The Arlo Hotel is beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, great shower, amenities. We had a city view room which was very cool. "Upon arrival, we received a free room upgrade to the bigger of the king rooms. It was huge, clean, and super cozy. The free bottled water and reusable water bottle was also a great touch.
