"Staff was friendly and helpful. The waterpark access was nice, but it was really geared at children. Because of that we did not use the waterpark. The room was fantastic and the beds comfortable. The hot breakfast was outstanding! We especially appreciated Keith who did a great job working the waffle machines while watching other parts of the food station. Typically, we find that the waffle machines at other hotels are messy and take a long time when guests are making their own waffles. It is unappetizing to make a waffle in a machine that is crusted with old dough. Keith made sure everything was spotless!"
