"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. "People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. I'm a thin person, same with my daughter and we had an elderly friend with us. It was unbearable for everyone. In my apartment in Budapest I have two ACs. All you need to do is...

"I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

"The room was very clean and had very nice air conditioning. The gentlemen that worked the front desk were kind and helpful. The location was very good. The not so good....the young lady at the desk did not greet us upon arrival and seemed annoyed with us. She continued that kind of attitude throughout our stay. The computer system seems to be wonky. She told us we had breakfast and what time it was. We did not recall booking breakfast, so we asked her to check. Then she said, oh, you...
