"The owners of Pikes are always adding new features to give a unique Alaskan vibe. An outstanding hotel and friendly staff."

"The pool was closed and the water pressure in the room was terrible, with not much hot water."

"I booked a five-day stay. When I arrived at the property, no one was able to help me. After calling the number they provided, they asked me to leave for an hour and then come back. I had to ask if I could wait in the lobby/living room, and the person in charge agreed. An hour and so later, she showed up. Expedia says breakfast is included; I never saw a trace of food—only coffee. Walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbors arguing. On my second day, the cleaning staff knocked on my door...

"Our stay at the hotel was good and the staff especially Johnny was exceptional!!!"

"We stayed a week here. Everything was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Great for last minute stay"

"Its one of best stays ive ever had"

"convenient location and quiet place to stay"

"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"Pool, hot tub in perfect condition, bright and clean."

"Staff was very responsive. Breakfast was really good for this type of property."
