"I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a solo traveller (for the first time) It couldn't have been more perfect. Staff were so helpful and kind. Nick in particular took time to offer guidance re area/metro use. Breakfast and rooms were perfect. "This is a nice hotel very close to the port with great options to shop for any forgotten items nearby. The hotel is very nice, but there were spots in the bathroom (the walls) that can be better maintained and cleaned. Great area, with many shops nearby. I really appreciated that. "Breakfast was very good.
The room was hot and the windows were left open. Staff did not bring up luggage or tell us to push the button to turn the air on. Also they didn’t tell us we would need to repeatedly turn the air back on. We couldn’t leave our laptop to charge bc the power goes off when you leave the room. The check in app was cumbersome.

"The breakfast special offered at the hotel was huge and very tasty. The menu offered in the restaurant was excellent.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were a bit hard for Canadians but worked well. The staff were extremely helpful and their English was very good for most of the staff."
