"I was so impressed with this place. I gave it five stars because it was clean, the staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I absolutely loved that they had water dispensers by the ice machines and also in the lobby. This hotel is not meant to compete with high end places like the Waldorf, but for the money it was excellent. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. I would have liked a microwave in the room, but there is one in the breakfast area that you can use."

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is make sure you bring a cooler because they do not have mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. "

"Everything in the hotel was great except for the beds. I had a room with two beds. I laid in one and it was too soft and rolling over it sounded like springs were loose. (Not sure if they even had them.). I switched to the other bed and it was the same."

"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "
