"Great stay"

"The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Looking forward to staying again when we are in Neosho"

"Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!"

"For starters, I would say this location is convenient for driving across the country. That being said, it's loud and busy because it is literally at a travel center with semi's coming through at all hours. Upon checking in, I let the front desk person know I am staying with a dog and a cat to which her response was rather odd, acting as though it's a miracle a dog and cat can live together and actually like each other. I'm assuming because of the dog, we were put in a room in a first floor...

"Rooms, hallway, and commons area could definitely use an upgrade. It does connect with a restaurant so there is a place to grab food without leaving which is helpful. Breakfast is a plus; although this did not affect our stay."

"The hotel is next to Kellogg Lake, just a beautiful place for reflection, walking or fishing."

"Was not microwave did ask for fridge they brought that. Was incovience having to heat bottle for little one"

"We stayed in room 115 actually for a days inn we were quite impressed. We didn’t expect too much because we just had a one night passing through, but I would definitely stay here again when we were going through. We had a good night sleep. It was very quiet. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was OK just regular. The only thing I would say maybe add a apple or orange juice."

"King was not a true king, more of a queen size. Bed was so close to wall that we hit the metal frame every time tried to get in bed. Towels were threadbare. Room smelled of mold & stale smoke. Freezer did not work."

"We stayed here while driving my mother from Illinois to Albuquerque. The staff was super helpful! We requested an accessible room, and it was great--super large and comfortable!"

"The checkin procedure is a bit awkward. Website says after 3pm, office door says they are there 10am-4pm, but not a person onsite. You text them when you arrive, waited about 30 minutes before getting response with door code. But it was a unique cool place. Very clean, great bed, shower and wifi. Lots of road noise but was ok for the one night we were there. Glad we tried it."

"HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

"Stayed there in 2024, therefore since we were in the area again we decided we had such a good experience the first time we would try again. Met all our expectations. Everything was good."
