"Very clean room and bathroom, full length anti slip mat for the bath.
Excellent tea could have done with more on the room.
Hotel close to town centre and easy to find.
Advise that you patk in the car park under the hotel, entrance is before the hotel car park entrance.
Pool, sauna clean and relaxing environment"

"No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath.
Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed...
