"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality.
