"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Unterkunft ist nicht direkt im Zentrum des Sonnenstrands. Aber man kommt super mit der Sunny beach train (Bimmelbahn) ins Zentrum. Unterkunft 7 min vom Strand, guter Pool. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in nesselbar. Ruhige, kühle Zimmer. Bei jeder all inklusive Mahlzeiten war immer alles in Auswahl für jedermann etwas vorhanden"
