"The Worst Stay Ever
This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator....

"Wir waren für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht ins grüne. Auch ein Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer auf dem Weg in den Urlaub eine Pause machen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben und im Ort gibt es leckere Pizza. 😎"

"Quel jolie surprise que cet hôtel de 1913 perdue sur les hauteurs dans un joli parc boisée et ombragé. On replonge dans le début du XXe siècle. Tout est resté intact. De grands espaces. De long couloirs. Des décors magnifiques. Tout ça, avec le modernisme d’aujourd’hui ! chambres minimalistes mais très spacieuses. Bonne literie . vue imprenable sur Varèse ou le lac . Très grande salle de bain à l’italienne.! avec une robinetterie qui date un peu. Mais c’est là tout le charme. Bon petit déjeuner...

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking...

"What I liked about the property was the staff, including the cleaning lady. They were all very friendly and did a great job. What I didn’t like was the room and its cleanliness. The first thing we saw when we entered was hair on the bed. Since cleanliness is the most important factor for me, this immediately ruined the experience. Unfortunately, we had already booked three nights, so we had no choice but to stay, even though I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The rooms were spacious but...

"Der Eingang hat uns überrascht wir dachten erstmal Wuaw. Dann die Zimmer. Sehr alt und enttäuschend. Einzig gute es war sehr sauber. Wir sind nur ein Tag zur Durchreise geblieben und waren im ganzen zufrieden. Bellagio 30 min entfernt."

Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."
