"Stayed here twice before and it was excellent, this time the hotel needed some work. The aircondition was struggling a bit which is not the fault of the hotel but, what a heat wave they are having. The fridge was no longer in the rooms, neither the iron. The towels need some replacing. The breakfast and staff were on point and amazing, the check in staff and check out were also very good."

"We enjoyed a few days here during a heat wave. The air con room was amazing! We stayed in a Junior suite with 2 adults and two kids under 12. We did not visit the spa or the bar but the breakfast offerings and staff were incredible. We will definitely be back!"

"The property is about 40 minutes from the railway station-not 20 minutes, as the hotel suggests. A decent breakfast was on offer, though a couple of changes each day would have been appreciated. Having the same breakfast every day can be a bit boring, in spite of the quality of the fare. The cleaning of the room was a problem: even when asked to clean the room, it was twice not done. When it was done, paper goods were not replaced on two occasions.. How difficult is it for cleaning staff to see...

"Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber. Das einzige was wir zu „meckern“ hätten (ist Geschmackssache) für uns waren die Betten viel zu hart und das Doppelbett war recht klein ABER es war trotzdem super für eine Nacht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen."

"It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :) "
