"I had stayed previously and absolutely loved the hotel . In booking this reservation I had a card issue because of a previously fraudulent card , I had to use a different card , in doing so it changed my check in date . Jason said he could help me . I had Expedia call him . Expedia canceled and refunded me , when I tried to rebook the exact same room for the correct day it was unavailable in less than 10 minutes . They were not helpful at all, and I loved that hotel . Probably won't stay again...

"This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and have told all our friends how enjoyable our stay was."

"Our room was fairly spacious and beautifully appointed. I especially love the tub in our bathroom room. The towels were thick and large. Miles and John and R …. were all wonderfully kind and welcoming. Everyone would go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Bartender was also fantastic. We had drinks and dinner and everything was quite good. I will recommend this to anyone staying in Seattle and we will be back for our next visit. I also love that they changed the elevator rug...

"Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy."

"Although the property was nice and the staff were nice the consistency and urgency was extremely poor. When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came. We had to go down hours later and get it just to see that it was out in the open where anyone can take. Also...
