Hotel Best Western di Nevada City

"We love it all, we would love to see the carpet removed in the downstairs s rooms by the pool. When we arrive our room always smells like pet pee. I always have to make a run to Safeway for pet deodorizer spray. A flooring upgrade would be grand!!!"

"I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival.
