"We paid to upgrade to a suite and it was so dirty and stained. Wallpaper torn. Bathtub jets did not work. I’m assuming they make some good money there. They should put some more of it back into the hotel rooms."

"The pre made omelettes on the breakfast buffet were okay, but I’d prefer freshly scrambled eggs like I had last year. I didn’t trust yogurt from their “yogurt machine” because they didn’t know how well it was cleaned. I would have preferred some individual containers. But the staff was friendly and the property was clean. I wish the TVs received MS NOW"

"Okay so first of all when you pull up to the hotel it doesn't look horrible. You walk inside and the main area doesn't look too bad either. The first thing I noticed was that the breakfast buffet at the ad shows was not working and according to the lady at the front counter hasn't worked in sometime.. so if you decide to sleep here which I highly advise against, don't count on breakfast. You get your hotel room and on your way to it you observe the floors and the walls and you realize the carpet looks like it hasn't been taken care of at all, the Halls are dark and dingy... You find your hotel room, you swipe your card and go in to your room and you noticed that the carpet is stained beyond repair, the bed has lumps in it because they're old. You look up at the fire alarm and the battery holder is out because there's no battery in it.. there's no blanket on the bed.. and lights flicker when you turn them on. This was my experience, so I reach out to Expedia and the hotel to get my money refunded which they don't do and the hotel is rude about it so if you think you're going to get a refund you're probably not. Do yourself a favor and just stay at the horseshoe it's an old hotel but they take care of the rooms their beds are nice and it's closer to all of the casinos because there's no shuttles anymore. And the price difference is like $20.."

"Well, I guess for starters the beds could be a little closer to the floor. I’m 71 years old and had to crawl or have my husband help me get onto the bed. They’re too high. Could also use a safety rail in the shower. There is no microwave so there’s no heating any leftover food or coffee. And the prices of your food is astronomical $40 for a damn buffet per person get real. We are spending hundreds of dollars gambling in your casinos. It’s a damn good thing that McDonald’s and Burger King and black bear Café are in your town."

"This motel was beautiful on the inside. Price was reasonable but it felt high end. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was so hot in the room and the AC/Heater would not work. The knobs were taken out so I could not turn it on or adjust the temp. Thank god the window was able to open. I opened the window all night and that was how we stayed cool throughout the night. Also bed was not the most comfortable that’s a big thing for me. Over all it was a presants stay for me. Single mom with 4 kids so I always struggle to find rooms to accommodate all of us with a reasonable price point. This fit the bill. I still will definitely stay there again. I feel like this will be our go to. "

"The room was dirty, stool that went with the easy chair was disgusting. There was hair on the soap bottles in the shower, when we returned from dinner, we discovered the door that went out to the balcony had been left unlocked - not by us - which could have allowed anyone to walk in while we were out, because the discovered baloney area has access to every room. When we 1st got off the elevator and encountered the outside of the ice machine I was ready to turn around and leave except it was non-refundable, while the evening front desk individual was okay the morning person, fairly young male, was completely and totally uninterested about anything we were trying to say and didn't listening to anything we had to say. We will never return and will pass along this information. He 'couldn't ' give us a receipt because we booked through Expedia another mistake. Our room (325), was 87 degrees when we walked in. The luggage cart fell apart while using it, causing everything to fall off onto the filthy carpeted hallway. Ramada has been our go to hotel. We may never go to another one. Shame on you Wyndham and Expedia. The casino was a joke. The casino's at the Love truck stops were better. The 'rain' shower had was another but that. $127.00 was ridiculous for this room."

"We had a lovely short one night stay at this simple but perfect for a comfortable nights stay when on the road. The host was friendly and let us park our 4Runner pulling a Uhaul easily in his parking lot. There are dinner and breakfast options a five minute walk away. Will definitely bookmark this motel for any other long distance trips going through Winnemucca."

"Room was clean, but too many pets have left a lingering odor. Breakfast was good and staff was welcoming, polite and helpful. A good place to stop on the way to Yellowstone or...."
