"This place ruined our stay. No elevator so impossible to get the luggage up. It was also advertised as family friendly and it absolutely was not at all! You can hear a pin drop outside and it was impossible for our kids to sleep. This property ruined our trip. If you're coming with kids, avoid this property at all costs. Only thing I can say is that the location was great."

"The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. "The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...
