Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. The room also felt somewhat outdated and gray, and housekeeping could have paid a little more attention to detail when making the bed. With some improvements to service and room upkeep, the experience could be much better."
