"The location is excellent and the apartment is decent size, but that is all the positive. The room was dirty when we arrived and the shower didn’t work. We wrote to the staff and got it fixed the next day. No in-person staff to help with check in and check out, which is okay, but there were some delays when talking on the phone. Bed was okay. Kitchen looked good, but it was not for cooking as it took hours to heat up."
