Everything was great. My only suggestion is to put grab bars on the outside of tub. There was absolutely nothing to hang on to. Not a good scenario to get out of a wet tub, with wet feet stepping down onto a slippery towel without having anything to hang on to. Thanks for reading.

Nice room, very accommodating desk staff, great breakfast. Nice to have coffee and a cold drink always available. Very good location for us, lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Housekeeping upon request which we actually prefer. We dont need our room attended to daily, but it is available if needed. Only issue, Fox is only available in Spanish. Hopefully they can fix that, but this is our go-to hotel in Columbus.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was also good, however we did not use the laundry facilities. The reason this hotel did not get a better score is that the pool was not as accommodating as we would expect for an indoor heated pool.

My biggest issues with this Hampton (and I’ve stayed in several over the years in various US cities, is that pool doesn’t open until 7am. It’s 6am in every other Hampton I’ve stayed at and that’s a much more convenient time. I’m not sure why it’s later here. My only other complaint is the towels. They are so thin as to be partially useless. So extraordinarily cheap and then. Better towels, please. I think they are due for an update in the rooms as well.

I am writing to share some concerns regarding the condition and upkeep of my room during my stay. The room has not been cleaned daily, and the carpet feels unclean to the point where I have to wear socks or shoes at all times. For the rate being charged, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The overall condition of the room does not reflect the level of quality typically associated with Hampton properties.
