Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. But they tolerate rude guests who make sexist comments and bark at service animals doing their job. Not a direct reflection on the location, but an unfortunate situation to have happen in the pool area.

All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only issues we had were that the key reader on our door required multiple attempts before unlocking the door and the beds were a little too firm. I will still book with ...

Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

Scandinavian Lodge
The room was nice and clean. The beds very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The staff was amazing and the location was in the perfect location.

The Dylin
Rooms are a lot bigger than you think! Everything you need for your stay in Madison. Not sure if you could park in the street, but be warned that if you park in the the garage there is an extra fee per day. Very convenient and worth it as it’s covered and warm in there.
