"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast…HOWEVER, that young lady working the am breakfast area REALLY needs some training on smiling, kindness, approachableness (if that’s a word) 😊 how to not throw supplies, or slam foodware or just some basic professionalism. Seems like a very unhappy and angry person."

"This was the best hotel my boyfriend & I have stayed at so far. Extremely clean & chic hotel. Breakfast had more options than an average hotel. Beautiful fire place outside that we enjoyed. And our room was top notch."

"The room was clean except for the big, long black hair in the sink when we arrived. The room is decorated with the bare minimums. It feels sparse because there is only a desk and a chair and no other furniture. Nothing cozy about the room. It was a surprise to have to pay for parking. That was not included in the information about the hotel. The desk staff were dressed in street clothes. (no name badges) I had to do a double take to know that they actually worked there.
