"The property is closing for renovations at the end of the season. I understood this when booking the property so I expected some issues. It was a bit dilapidated but you do not renovate a perfect property. Therefore I have NO complaints. The view was awesome. The staff was fabulous (esp. Doreen in reservations and Willis at the front desk). I hope to visit again once renovations are completed."

"The Holiday Inn Express at Oneonta was neat, clean, well stocked, and well staffed. The rooms are lovely and spotless. The breakfast was wonderful! Delicious coffee, Cinnabon rolls! It’s a can’t miss reservation."

"Very clean and bright. Great breakfasts, super friendly staff. Coffee available 24 hours a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were also a nice plus for us. Great place to stay !"

"PRO it was near where we had activities planned check in was quick and staff nice bed very comfortable CON no elevator our tv did not work- staff couldn't fix it there was NO breakfast--just coffee (McDonalds was very close)"
