"First room we were given had a very strong mould smell, we were given a second room and then chastised for using the bathroom in the first because they wanted to give the room to someone else. No one should have had the first room. Second room had some mould on the windows and lots of condensation, but it was a wet day. Dinner, the restaurant was closed, food was nice at the bar but took 1.5 hours to be served with two small children. Indoor heated pool was fantastic."

"We had a great stay at the Imperial Hotel in Bowral. The room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was fantastic — nice and central and convenient to everything.
Overall, it was excellent value for money. Everything was clean, comfortable and easy, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bowral. ❤️"
