"The shower didn’t get warm… and we didn’t have a mini fridge."

"First room had a pile of cigarettes outside the door so room smelled and when you turned in the vent it got worse. I was able to switch rooms. Neither room had working in room phones. Staff was great."

"The two employees we came in contact with were wonderful. Competent, friendly, hospitable. We had problems with the TV. The remote was broken and missing pieces. Seems housekeeping could have caught that and saved me having to handle it. Restaurant could use some healthier options, but it is a bar and grill--so a quibble. a/c was also a little weak---couldn't get the room to cool--but there was a heat wave when we were there."

"The staff was wonderful. Room beautifully clean with excellent bed and pillows. On site restaurant was so helpful for a woman traveling solo with very early morning flights. Airport shuttle was great. Thank you"
