"The location was great! The view and the ambience made the stay worth it. However, I'd say he cabin needs a good pest treatment. While spiders and bugs are acceptable in the hinterlands, we've seen cockroaches of various sizes."

"We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!"

"It is a beautiful location. Stunning pool and surrounds - unfortunately the condition of the timber walkways is a real concern. Crystalbrook Byron has to spend a lot of time and money to replace and make good these walkways, to lift their profile and compete in this retreat space."

"Had a really enjoyable stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay. The holiday park has a great modern feel and is well located. The cabin was clean, stylish, and very comfortable with great amenities, perfect to unwind after a busy day. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, which made the experience even better. "Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."
