"I am here with my young adult girls and I could not have picked a better place. Tori is an amazing host, and the neighbors are just as nice. They are inviting and welcoming. The street is DARLING. I am in real estate and now want to buy a property here. Tori’s upstairs unit is beautifully designed and decorated. It is immaculately clean. AND it’s within a 15 minute drive of Soldier Field, Michigan Ave, and the Navy Pier. This place is a a gem."

"No front desk, all transactions were done remotely! If there was any issue, it would have to be done over the phone! Thankfully everything was fine, but I not a fan of getting instructions on my phone to check in! What if my phone wasn’t working or not charged since I was on the road! It was a wonderful room, but should be informed that there is no one at the hotel!"

Although smoking was prohibited, the room next to us smelled strongly of marijuana, making it seem like the policy was not enforced. There was noticeable water damage in the rooms, along with an unpleasant odor throughout the property. "We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,...
