"Location was perfect. TV was not working so I had to watch them install new tv for about an hour. Interesting they don’t have ice machines because there are ice buckets in the room? We asked for ice to be delivered on our way out to dinner but it never arrived. Had never seen a front and back lobby/registration before. Was a little confusing. Front desk staff professional. Bellman who met us at the garage was very nice and helpful. "

"Fitness center was being remodeled and hotel said high rise next door would accommodate but was a pain. No coffee pot in room. Downstairs had a couple urns but once they’re out (9a) have to go to 8th floor lounge. Service there is super slow "
